Helen Macdonald told The Guardian about her current favorites ("Lolly Willowes" is indeed great! "Animals Strike Curious Poses" might make you cry) and some classics she just can't get behind. Her most recent book is "Vesper Flights," which has a gorgeous cover. I dig the tapestry behind her in this photo from The Guardian.
Thank you, thank you, whoever posted this. I know Book Club didn't all love H but I did!! Must read "Vesper Flights" soon. Added "Lolly Willowes" and "Animals Strike Curious Poses" to my list. How could I not?
